Chia seeds are my new obsession. They are ridiculously good for you (I’m not even going to list all of the benefits) and they have no taste, so you can add them to anything. I try to incorporate them into breakfast and dinner (mix with salad dressing). I had chia oatmeal this morning and I could seriously run a marathon right now.
I had a dream that I was in Fight Club. I didn’t fight though. I just hung out at a veterans cyber cafe.
